MADE-TO-MEASURE & CUSTOM
Made-to-Measure takes something great, and makes is even better by making it just for you. Starting with an existing design, slight alterations are made based on individual measurements to ensure a perfect fit. Everything starts with an appointment at the studio for a fitting. Head size is measured and adjustments are made to get a precise fit. For those who can't do an in-person appointment, send your head size measurement and the studio will take care of the rest. Each item takes approximately 2-4 weeks to complete, the end result being a hat that fits like it was originally created just for you. Custom hats are made entirely from scratch. All details from the fabric and color, to the accents and trim, are chosen by the future owner, and everything available in the studio will be used to make that vision a reality. Orders are handled by appointment only, take 4-6 weeks to fulfill, and require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quoted price. Approximately 2-3 visits to the studio are required for material selection, fittings, and final approval. This number may vary depending on the order.
Made-to-measure or custom, individuality reigns so that each hat and accessory is not just something you like, but something you love. Speaking of, a lot of love, passion, time and effort go into making everything that comes out of the studio. Therefore, we ask for serious inquiries only please.
SHIPPING
All orders shipped via USPS priority mail. Delivery confirmations used to verify receipt of purchase. All orders over $100.00 (USD) automatically include insurance. All items under $100.00 do not include insurance, but may be purchased for an additional fee. Standard shipping rate for hats: $16.00 (USD). Standard shipping rate for accessories: $8.00 (USD).
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, unworn items, bought as is or made-to-measure, which are not damaged and have not been altered in any way, may be returned or exchanged within two weeks of confirmed delivery date. Please notify the studio as soon as possible if you are planning a return or an exchange. Custom work cannot be returned or exchanged. Each person who commissions a custom item is intimately involved with every detail of design and construction. Everyone must approve custom pieces prior to final purchase.
